Guess What? Putting on bennefit concerts isn’t cheap. Ticket and poster printing, promotions, and sometimes even venue deposits all come out of our event revenue before we can donate to charity. All ages events and shows that are not in clubs are even more expensive! As a result, Concerts for a Cause accepts corporate sponsorship for all events.
Depending on the size of event, covering the expenses of an event may vary from $200-$2000. The cost differential is dependent upon the size of the venue, the amount of publicity, and the deposit required by the concert venue.
If you are interested in sponsoring event, contact Concert for a Cause’s Director, Andrew Rusk at andrew.rusk@utoronto.ca. Concerts for a Cause provides sponsors with publicity on show posters, at the event, as well as on our website and facebook pages.
Concerts for a cause also accepts sponsorship-in-kind for all events. Once again, specific donarship requests should be directed towards our Director.
Donorship is also accepted in order to maintain the administerial side of Concerts for a Cause.
